  • U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS. Note: These carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.

The Shipping Process

Now, let’s talk about shipping. Our goal is to get your order out as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that your shipping time starts once the order has been received by the carrier. During high demand periods like holidays, it may take 1-2 business days to process and fulfill your order before it’s received by the carrier.

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email stating that your order has been received along with an order confirmation number. Note that this is not your shipping confirmation. You will receive another email once your order has shipped and the carrier’s tracking information becomes available.

Change Your Mind?

If for any reason you decide you would like to change your order before you’ve received it, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request and update your order.

However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible to make sure you receive them on time! As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. In cases like these, we recommend taking advantage of our free returns policy to return your item or exchange for a new desired size or item.
